1.机床的用途和应用范围
本机床的工作,是利用一对齿轮或一个齿轮与一个标准齿轮互相滚动的方法来检查两轴心线相交成角的直齿、弧齿和准双曲面的锥齿轮副的接触区。
它可完成下列检验任务:
(1) 齿轮副的最后检验:确定齿面的接触区,安装距。
(2) 确定切齿机床为了修正接触区所需的调整数据。
(3) 连续生产的检验:可确定切齿的一致性。
(4) 对热处理前后的检查数据进行比较,可获得为补偿热处理变形,切齿机床新的调整数据。

I. Machine Applications
With the rolling method of a pair of gears or a gear and a master gear, this machine tests the tooth bearings of straight bevel, spiral bevel and hypoid gears of intersecting shafts
The following tests may be performed on this machine:
1) the final tests of a gear pair to determine the tooth bearing and the best mounting distance;
2) to determine the necessary setting data for the gear cutting machines;
3) continuous tests during the production to guarantee the uniformity of the gears produced, and
4) to gain the new setting data for the gear cutting machines through comparisons of the testing results before and after the heat treatment.
