刮削滚光机的概述

刮削滚光机是加工液压缸缸筒内径的设备，与原有的珩磨加

工方式相比较，可大大提高其品质和效率。

The scraping and burnishing machine is the device to process inner

diameter of hydraulic cylinder. Compared with original honing style,

it can largely rise up quality and efficiency.

产成本，同时提高了产品质量。

◆缸筒内径光洁度能够达到Ra=0.08-0.2μm，加工质量极

其优秀，大幅度减少液压缸活塞的磨损，提高了液压缸的

寿命。

◆特别是能够高精度加工液压缸内径，使其能够达到内径公

差IT8级以上的要求，并通过液压内径方式使其表面硬度比

珩磨方式地加50%以上。
