1 本机床是一种计算机全自动控制的机电仪一体化机床，具有自动循环抛光功能。机床由数字化控制，只改变计算机的程序就可以抛光不同形状零件。

2 该机床为4工位单面抛光机。工件固定在工件转台的工装上。通过一伺服电机经行星减速机减速增扭后驱动工件旋转。

3 上抛光头设计或电主轴结构回转精度高，振动小。

4 工件转台安装在纵向移动滑台上，纵向移动滑台垂直安装在横向移动滑台上。抛光时由X、Y轴带动4个工件根据需要可做不同的轨迹运动，从而实现复杂型面的抛光。

5 机床采用全封闭造型，外形美观大方，机床床身采用计算机仿真和有限元设计，zui大限度提高床身刚度和抗震性能，使机床各运动导轨具有良好的刚性和抗震性。
