另外，我们也生产立式的拉削汽轮机叶片的拉床，叶片的拉削是一种非常典型的拉削过程，由于品种繁多，且表面粗糙度要求也高，我们生产各类立式、卧式低速拉床加工不同品种叶片。同时，更换夹具后，也可拉削涡轮盘榫槽。

侧卧拉床特点：

采用电气、机械驱动，平衡性更好，刀具寿命更长，粗糙度更好，行程大，主溜板上可一次装夹总长为4000mm的拉刀，并可同时装夹三排拉刀；工位数可根据需要增加；夹具可根据需要更换，便于拉削不同的品种。
