S78-4系列如何正确选择:
1、确定机床重量及机床基座紧固地脚孔数量。
2、垫铁承载能力F(kg)>机床总重量(kg) /支撑点个数
(特殊情况,考虑机床重心位置,确定重量分配)。
3、检查机床基座孔直径、长度是否符合。
How to choose:
1. Decide the weight of machine and the quantity of anchors of machine base.
2. The resisting load of mount F(Kg)>Total weight of machine (Kg)/number of mounts(Think of barycenter of machine and decide allocation of weight)
3. Check if the diameter and length of anchor hole accord with this chart .
S78-4系列使用方法:
1、将所需垫铁放入机床地脚下,穿入并顺时针旋转螺栓,使承重盘升起与机床接触。
2、进行机床水平调节(螺栓顺时针旋转,机床升起)。
3、调整机床水平后,锁紧圆螺母,固定水平状态。
注意:因为橡胶的蠕变现象,在垫铁使用两周后,再调节一次机床水平。
How to install:
1. Place the mounts under the anchor hole of the machine. Insert the bolt into the screw hole of mount. And screw clock wise then lift the plate till it reach the machine base.
2. Adjust the level of machine (screw the bolt clockwise then lift the machine ).
3. Tighten the nuts after adjust the level of machine.
Note : The level of machine should be readjusted after two weeks in use because the rubber may creep when it is used firstly.
