本产品是我所针对拉丝模行业开发的一种全自动生产线。本产品具备自动上拉丝模型腔，自动激光打码，自动称料，自动加料，自动装小压盖，自动冷压，自动加热成型，自动下料收集等功能。此设备可根据客户的生产需求，配备多台热压烧结机。该生产线不仅提高了拉丝模产品质量的稳定性，同时提高了生产效率。

Introduction

This product is a fully automatic production line developed by ZZSM for drawing die industry. It incorporates automatic stations such as drawing die mold cavity feeding, laser coding, material weighing, material feeding, mold cover loading, cold pressing, hot pressing, product unloading and etc. The equipment can be equipped with more than one set of hot pressing main sintering press, according to customers’ production requirements. The production line improves not only the stability of drawing die product quality, but also the production efficiency.
