The positioner module can simply rotate the workpiece to speed up the production cycle. Double activity level positioner

The Comau positioner controls the orientation of the workpiece during the work cycle completed by the robot unit. The Comau positioner uses as much as possible a series of mechanical devices designed for interconnection, creating a far-reaching product synergy.

The displacement opportunity rotates the part so that the molten filling material drops into the gap to be welded due to gravity.
