HFV系列龙门加工中心

1、可装90。侧铁头或手动*铁头，也可安装四个方向自动定位铁头 (0° ,90° ,180° ,270° )。

2、 Z轴采用油压配重设计，X,Y,Z轴皆使用密级大直径之导螺杆,并施予适当的预压，尾端并采预拉设计。

3、龙门架采用一体式铸造工艺。

4、 X/Y轴采用德国超重线性导轨，Z轴采用矩形淬硬贴塑导轨，低磨损，高负载，确保机床的*使用精度，可大幅提高切削时的精度与刚性。

5、螺旋式与链式自动排结构相结合，确保排屑的顺畅。

6、适合大型模具，零件加工。
