2.X、Y、Z轴均采用中国台湾原装PMI方形直线导轨，双排四列滚珠滑块，承重力大，运行平稳，充分保证机床加工精度和耐磨性，使用寿命长。

3.X、Y、Z轴均采用中国台湾TBI原装精密研磨滚珠丝杠，进口联轴器连接，精度高，下刀精准，充分保证机床运行速度及精度。A轴采用中国台湾行星减速机，比传统的涡轮涡杆方式精度高，回差小，加工效果光顺。

4.四轴均采用日本安川5系大功率高精度伺服驱动系统，扭矩大，精度高，速度快，性能稳定；

5.标准配置八机头，使生产批量化，大大提高生产效率，降低加工成本。

6.工件采用气动夹持，一键式自动增压锁紧，上下顶针固定，以确保工件加持稳固，防止加工过程中工件错位导致工件损坏，装夹速度快。

7.主轴采用2.2KW恒转矩水冷主轴，可无级调速，6000~24000rpm/min，扭矩大，散热好，免维护，主轴变频系统采用深圳四方高性能变频器，性能稳定，提速快，无级可调，滤波抗干扰系统，抗电波干扰强。
