TLS系列超宽带可调谐激光器是基于加拿大Photon etc公司的可调谐技术及谱光源技术研发而成的。调谐范围从可见光到近红外,激光线宽最小可达0.3nm。在整个调谐范围内可实现*的准确性(precise up to 0.05 nm)及准确度(accurate up to 0.1 nm)。
的光学线性可调滤波器(LLTF)是一种基于体积全息的非可调带通滤波器。它提供了行业中的信号吞吐量,而且结合了高光密度(> OD6)和出色的带外抑制以及广泛的波段可调性。针对这点,Photon将Fianium、NKT Photonics和LEUKOS的超连续介质技术的灵活性与其本身的滤波器的带外抑制特性相结合,推出了由超连续谱白光光源与LLTF搭建的TLS系列超宽带可调谐激光器,允许应用于简单而精确的样品激励或仪器校准。图示为Photon的TLS输出光谱图。
