莹瞬磨床工作台面精度保证研磨表面光洁度为Ra0.32。

莹瞬磨床前后双V，左右1V一平，均贴附U.S.A耐磨片TURCITE-B，以及手工精密铲花。保证工作台在负荷的情况下，不仅减低阻尼系数，且滑动顺畅、耐磨，确保移动轻快与精度准成型超精密研磨。
