本机床是为拉削奥迪车法兰盘式三柱槽、油马达转子及重车滑套等专门设计制造的。该加工件的特点是形状复杂，加工余量大，定位困难，且精度要求高，针对以上要求，我公司在通用400KN立式拉床的基础上，增加了相应的拉刀导向装置，产品定位装置，拉刀自动夹紧装置等。机床具有自动、半自动及手动调整加工的功能。单道工序节拍达40件/小时。

This machine is specially designed for broaching flange type housing, rotor of oil hydraulic motor in AUDI auto and sliding bush.Work piece above-metioned usually has complex shape; big machining allowance and it is hard to positioning and need high accuracy. So we added broach guide device. positioning device and self-holding device on 400KN vertical broaching machine to realize auto, semi-auto and manual machining.
