蒙乃尔 R-405 合金(UNS N04405) 在蒙乃尔400成份中增加硫含量从而强化了机械加工性能成为易切削蒙乃尔合金。

该合金具有与蒙乃尔400合金相同的耐腐蚀性能和物理性能。但机械性能较蒙乃尔400略有不同。

执行标准：ASTM B 164.
