ATC ambient temperature thermal correction
在環境溫度非固定溫度加工狀態下,加上機臺結構的熱位移變化,皆會影響加工品的精度表現。
ATC環境溫度補正系依據機臺結構熱位移現象,透過感測器回傳的溫度及進給位置訊息,推導出因環境溫度變化而產生的機臺結構的熱位移值,幷将其準確控制。
In the processing state of non-fixed ambient temperature, coupled with the change of thermal displacement of the machine structure, will affect the precision performance of the processed product.
Based on the thermal displacement phenomenon of the machine structure, the ATC ambient temperature correction system deduces the thermal displacement value of the machine structure caused by the change of ambient temperature through the temperature and feed position information returned by the sensor,and accurately controls it.
STC spindle temperature thermal correction
主軸在高速運動時,會因寫切削發熱造成主軸熱位移,影響加工品的精度。
STC 主軸溫度熟捕正,主要針對主軸溫度變化,透過感測器回傳主軸溫度及位置訊息幷將其控制。
