主轴采用(SCM-440)日本红十字铬鉏合金钢材质，整支经调质渗碳高周波热处理精密研磨、刚性强韧，主轴配合精密级主轴配对轴承，切削能力强、精度佳,能承受重切削
The spindle by the Japanese Red Cross (SCM-440) hoe chromium alloy steel material, a quenched carburizing high frequency heat treatment precision grinding, toughness and spindle with precision spindle bearing pair, cutting ability, precision is good, can bear heavy cutting
主轴升降齿管采用S45C中碳钢，经高周波硬化处理及镀铬精密研磨处理
The main shaft lifting gear pipe adopts S45C medium carbon steel, which is processed by high frequency hardening and chrome plated precision grinding
X、Y轴滑道经高周波热处理研磨，滑道面并贴附耐磨滑片(TURCITE-B)以降低接触面之摩擦系数
X, Y axis slide by high frequency heat treatment and grinding, slide surface and attached sheet resistance (TURCITE-B) smoothing to reduce the friction coefficient of the contact surface
