Applications and Advantages:

        It is a special broaching machine designed for single keyway gears, geared rings, and vane groove in cylinder block of air conditioning compressor. This machine is designed on the basis of twin cylinder table-up internal broaching machine, providing with special designed fixtures. It also features greater production efficiency as 1 - 3 broaching station(s) is optional. Compared with the traditional process technology (milling before grinding), this machine can complete one-time-forming of the keyway with high precision, which greatly increase production efficiency and reduce cost.
