| 一、齿轮加热器用途： GJT30系列加热器，主要用于齿轮金属件进行加热，使之膨胀，以满足过盈装配或拆卸的需要。 二、齿轮加热器结构与工作原理 ● 结构 GJT30系列加热器由干式自冷工频感应加热装置（以下简称主机）与控制设备组成。 ● 工作原理 1、短路加热： 主机为一特殊结构的变压器，可移动的轭铁用以直接穿套轴承或其它被加热工件。工作时，接通主机电源，工件（相当于副边饶组）中感应产生短路电流而被加热。 2、涡流加热： 被加热工件与主机的铁芯组成一闭合的磁回路，工作时，工件中通过主机的磁力线产生涡流而被快速加热。 三、GJT30K齿轮加热器优点： ● 提高效率 工作效率提高4倍以上，操作人员减少80% ； ● 降低成本 节电70%以上，节油*，节约厂房占地面积60%以上 ； ● 保护环境：无油汽油污染空气，有利于环境改善和工作人员的身体健康。 ●提升品质： 加热均匀，工件表面清洁，硬度不变，自动退磁符合JB/T6641-2007 标准 ； ● 运行可靠：操作方便、安全，设备故障率级低，主机三包18个月，绝缘达B级 ；
